Unless you’ve been hiding in a cave for the last few months, you’ll have heard of the MADs – the first ever awards for UK Mum and Dad blogs.
The winners of the awards will be announced at an awards ceremony being held at the flagship Butlins Resort in Bognor Regis on September 13th, 2010 – and we’re giving five lucky parent bloggers the chance to come along and join the celebrations with a Golden Ticket.
This ticket means you can come along to Butlins on Monday 13th September and join our finalists and guests at a coffee and cake reception, followed by a tour of the Resort and a chance to try out some of the amazing facilities. We’ll then kick off the evening with a drinks reception, followed by a three-course meal and the awards presentation. As a Golden Ticket holder, you’ll also be able to book accommodation at the Resort’s superb Ocean or Shoreline Hotels for the discounted rate of just £25 per person.
It promises to be a fun and exciting event – and you could be there!
If you’re able to make your own way to Bognor Regis on September 13th, and would like to join us for the first ever MAD Awards Ceremony, then all you have to do is tell us. Sort of.

- For and extra five (yes five) entries, blog about the MADs and the competition. Tell us why you want to be there on September 13th and gush as much as you like! Write a post, draw a picture, take a photo – we don’t mind! Just be sure to include a link to the MADs website at www.the-mads.com
The competition is open until midday on Friday 28th May 2010. The five winners will be chosen at random and announced later the same day.
Terms and conditions: A maximum of one tweet entry and one blog entry per person. Entrants must be available to attend the ceremony on Monday 13th September 2010. Winners must be able to make their own travel arrangements to and from Butlins Bognor Regis. Accommodation is for bloggers only & will be in either The Shoreline or The Ocean Hotel. The £25 discounted accommodation rate is for a shared room (with another MAD blogger).
