Would you like a win an Eye-Fi Card and a Casio digital camera?

4GB Connect X2 Card

Unless you’ve been hiding in a bunker in recent weeks, you will know that there’s a Royal Wedding on the horizon.

Photos are as much a part of a wedding as cake and tipsy relatives, although a fellow blogger recently commented that I apparently look like a midget amputee in my own wedding photographs (admittedly, it was a strange dress, and I’m not sure the cape really helped matters).

Anyway, to celebrate the Royal Wedding, the nice people at Eye-Fi are offering one of my readers the chance to win an Eye-Fi Connect X2 memory card, which is perfect for storing your memories for years to come.

You can also win a Casio H2 digital camera, just for answering one simple question and ‘Liking’ the Eye-Fi Europe Facebook page. The Eye-Fi X2 cards are smarter than average memory cards, as they wirelessly transfer your images and videos onto either your computer and/or social networking sites with no effort, no wires and more importantly no fuss! The cards also feature an intelligent ‘endless memory’ feature that deletes content once it’s been safely transferred to a computer, meaning your memory card will never run out of space.

To enter, you need to pop over to the Eye-Fi Facebook page and ‘like’ it, before coming back here to leave a comment completing the following sentence: During the Royal Wedding, I will be…

Winners will be selected after 30 April by Eye-Fi limited from all eligible, UK entries. And in the meantime, here’s some information on how the Eye-Fi works

  9. 15th April 2011 / 10:03 am

I hear there is a list of people going, that means a lot of empty houses containing high value celebrity items… lol (not really)
We shall try to re-enact the Royal Wedding celebrations that my parents did for me when Charles & Diana got married: A table with a union jack table cloth and a few flags, an appropriately themed book and some fruit shoots for the kids. A large bottle of plonk for us and some party games!

During the Royal Wedding I will be hiding from the local events at which the local yummy mums dress their children in uncomfortably huge and horrific costumes and ooze smugness (I’m such a community player, can you tell?). During our absence from the activities we will be taking advantage of the fact everywhere else will be abandoned and will take over the empty park, get ice cream without queuing and if wet and stuck inside… heckle the parade from our top windows.

  15. 15th April 2011 / 5:30 pm

During the royal wedding we will be having a street party on our road and getting crafty!

I have even bought a union jack paperchain kit to decorate the house! I am borrowing a very pretty tea set from one of the elderly ladies who is joining us. She last had the tea set out for Diana’s wedding so it seemed very apt. I hope everyone has a wonderful day, however you chose to spend it x

I know you’ll think we’re sad but during the Royal wedding my 8y/o will be dressing up as a princess bride (with some pink voile from an old curtain) wearing her tiara certain that it will be her one day marrying a prince 😉 We’ll be watching from home with our union jack bunting up in our living room and the St Georges flags hanging from the windows. We’ll be following it with ‘posh’ afternoon tea including little cakes and crustless sandwiches.
Yes, I am aware that we now look a tad sad but it’s a but magical to my little girl – a real royal wedding, so we’re going to make the most of it.
